In plain words: we collect only what we need to serve you, we never sell your data, and you can ask for a copy or deletion of your data at any time.

What we collect

Enquiry details you submit (name, company, phone, email, message); client onboarding information you provide for our services; documents you upload to your workspace; login email addresses; and standard technical logs needed to keep the portal secure. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

Solely to deliver our services: responding to enquiries, conducting market research for you, communicating with you, maintaining your client workspace, and raising invoices as required by law. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Where it lives and how long

Data is stored on our own hosting within our private portal, protected by access controls; client workspaces are isolated from each other. We retain client records for the duration of the engagement and as long as tax law requires for billing records; enquiry records are retained up to 24 months.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for further processing, by writing to our grievance contact below. We respond within 15 working days.
